My stay at the hotel was truly luxurious and spacious, offering all the amenities a business traveler could ask for. The room was not only modern and up-to-date but also spotless with a stunning stone and glass bathroom. The service was exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff, especially Ernesto and Ricardo at the main bar in the lobby. The location, although a bit removed from the city center, provided everything I needed to stay comfortably in the Santa Fe area for business purposes, including easy access to the tech/financial district. The dining options were varied, offering a good selection from local to international dishes. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service and modern facilities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were noisy due to facing the busy road and the cleaning service was lacking with just a refill on coffee, the room itself had all the amenities a business traveler needs.
